Job Description:

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and keep up with things during our busiest times of day. Will be responsible for clearing tables as soon as customers leave the restaurant and work closely with dishwashers to make sure that there are always clean plates and flatware for each table.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with wait staff to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned and waiting for the next party.
• Assist in washing dishes in the kitchen if staff gets behind during the busier times of day.
• Arrange tables for large parties and prepare the banquet hall for scheduled gatherings.
• Monitor the tables and alert servers if guests need refills.

Requirements:

• Able to lift 20 pounds at a time.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Available to work nights and weekends.
