Responsibilities:

• Create and serve craft cocktails
• Ability to understand flavor profiles of various blends and create seasonal menu items
• Excellent guest interactions to be able to explain menu items and provide recommendations
• Assess customer needs and preferences
• Follow all state and local food and beverage regulations
• Team player mentality is essential
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a mixologist.
• Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving craft cocktails.
• Computer literacy.
• Positive team attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
