We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our team and drive the success of our restaurant and bar. As the AGM, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring the highest standards of service, and contributing to revenue growth. You will work closely with the General Manager and other leadership team members to maintain a positive guest experience, foster a productive work environment, and achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Supervision & Training: Lead, mentor, and train front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar, from opening to closing, while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Revenue & Sales Management: Collaborate with the GM and management team to set and achieve revenue targets, including implementing strategies to address trends and drive sales.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and health regulations to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Inventory & Ordering: Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability, while overseeing ordering, stock rotation, and inventory audits.
• Customer Experience: Address guest needs and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Cash & Asset Management: Follow company protocols regarding cash handling, product management, and equipment upkeep.
• Team Support: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by motivating staff, maintaining high morale, and ensuring that the team follows company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in restaurant management or supervisory roles, ideally in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional hospitality management education a plus.
• Flexibility: Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and able to take initiative in addressing challenges.
• Customer Focus: A passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience with excellent interpersonal skills.
