The Shop Help/Parts Runner is responsible for running shop errands, maintaining and ensuring a clean environment, general maintenance, and caring for shop and customer cars. Trailer towing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collect parts and supplies from designated vendors or suppliers as directed. 

• Transport parts and supplies to external shops. 

• Move customer vehicles within the facility as needed. 

• Perform cleaning duties including sanitizing, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sweeping. 

• Collect and dispose of general trash throughout the facility. 

• Clean and maintain bathrooms, shop areas, breakrooms, and other common areas. 

• Performs other related work as required. 

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old. 

• Have general knowledge of automobiles. 

• Know how to operate or be trained to operate a forklift. 

• Ability to communicate with employees and various business contacts in a courteous, professional, and positive manner. 

• Have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record and maintain exceptional driving habits. 

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds; may stand or kneel for extended periods of time.
